JIM FISHER VOLVO CARS A-PLAN PROGRAM

The Volvo Cars USA A-PLAN is a benefit provided by Volvo Car USA, LLC to eligible individuals towards the purchase or lease of new Volvo cars at transparent pre-negotiated prices. The program is intended for the personal use of eligible purchasers only. Eligibility is also extended to employee's spouses and members of their immediate households.

Eligible users should visit the www.aplanbyvolvo.com website, to learn more about the program, including vehicle information, plan pricing, and to generate their PIN requests.  A Partner Code is required to access the website; contact your Human Resources Administrator to acquire the appropriate code or you can contact us with your company information and we will be happy to get your code emailed to you if your company is already a registered partner.

A-Plan eligible participants get access to Volvo Affinity Pricing (also referred to as A-Plan pricing), which is transparent pre-negotiated pricing. This is the same amount Volvo employees pay when purchasing a Volvo for themselves.  In addition to receiving factory invoice pricing,  A-Plan participants are still eligible for other special promotions and incentives currently available.  Offers change frequently, so check back often to discover the best that Volvo has to offer. There are some offers that are not compatible with the A-Plan by Volvo program. Your Volvo dealer can best determine the incentives for which you may be eligible. Volvo Affinity Pricing can be found on the A-Plan by Volvo website or by reviewing the Volvo Affinity Pricing Guide with your Volvo dealer.

What is a PIN?
A Personal Identification Number (PIN) is a unique code required for each vehicle purchase under the A-Plan by Volvo program.  This PIN will be generated by the qualifying A-Plan member for either themselves or an eligible immediate family member.  Upon validation of the PIN, a Certificate will be generated and sent to the purchaser.  The PIN holder will need to take the certificate to an authorized and participating Volvo dealer in order to secure the A-Plan by Volvo pricing.  PINs are valid for 90 days.

PIN GENERATION
First, eligible A-Plan members need to register on the A-Plan by Volvo website using their company's partner code.  Second, create a user name and password. Third, click on "Generate a PIN" link and follow the instructions.

When generating a PIN, the user will need to enter the following information into the A-Plan by Volvo Web Portal:

•     Buyer's name
•     Buyer's address
•     Buyer's telephone number
•     Buyer's email address
•     Identify a vehicle of interest
•     Identify an expected time frame for purchase

Note: A PIN must be generated before the date of sale to qualify.  If there is a technical problem generating a PIN on the website, please contact us.  The name/address provided for PIN generation must be accurate and verifiable, using appropriate personal identification (i.e. driver license). The Volvo dealer will require the name/address on the PIN certificate to match the name/address of the purchaser identified on the sales transaction.

When Purchasing
Your Volvo Corporate Partner employees and family members in their immediate household must also provide the following at time of purchase:

•     Copy of PIN certificate
•     At least one of the following is also required:
•     Sponsor's ID Badge
•     Sponsor's business card
•     Copy of sponsor's prior year's W2
•     Copy of sponsor's pay stub
